Assay review and study operations teams are introducing a shared readiness discussion at the start of each reporting cycle. The aim is simple: make the context behind a result easier to understand.
The review brings together assay provenance, outstanding questions and operational milestones. It is intended to improve the quality of internal decisions, not to make claims about clinical outcomes.
Programme leads will use the process to identify gaps and agree the next set of questions with their regional collaborators.
